Dentro del programa de Orientación Vocacional “Construyendo mi futuro”, que incluye iniciativas como Work Experience y Cumbres Orienta, nuestros estudiantes de 1º Bachillerato Tecnológico han tenido la oportunidad de vivir una experiencia única: una visita guiada al Instituto de Tecnología Química (ITQ).
El ITQ es un centro de investigación de referencia, fruto de la colaboración entre la Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) y el Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC). Su trabajo se centra en áreas punteras como la catálisis, el desarrollo de nuevos materiales —especialmente zeolitas— y la fotoquímica.
Esta visita ha permitido a nuestros alumnos descubrir de primera mano cómo se desarrolla la investigación científica y explorar nuevas posibilidades en el ámbito profesional y académico. ¡Una experiencia inspiradora para seguir construyendo su futuro!
As part of the ‘Building my future’ vocational guidance programme, which includes initiatives such as Work Experience and Cumbres Orienta, our 1st year Technology Baccalaureate students had the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience: a guided tour of the Institute of Chemical Technology (ITQ) on Friday 28 November.
The ITQ is a leading research centre, the result of collaboration between the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). Its work focuses on cutting-edge areas such as catalysis, the development of new materials —especially zeolites— and photochemistry.
This visit allowed our students to discover first-hand how scientific research is carried out and to explore new possibilities in the professional and academic fields. An inspiring experience to continue building their future!
