Con motivo del Día Mundial contra el Cáncer de Mama, Cumbres se viste de rosa en una jornada cargada de emoción, conciencia y apoyo. Desde primera hora de la mañana, nuestros alumnos han repartido los emblemáticos lazos rosas y nuestros pasillos se han llenado de mensajes inspiradores como “Nobody fights alone”, “Eres mucho más fuerte de lo que piensas” y “Support the fighters, admire the survivors, remember the angels and never, ever give up hope”. Estos lemas, cuidadosamente colocados por alumnos y formadores, han servido como recordatorio de que nadie está solo en esta lucha.
Como acto central, las alumnas de 3º a 6º de Primaria han creado un gran lazo rosa utilizando cartulinas, una obra colectiva que no solo ha decorado el colegio, sino que ha transmitido un poderoso mensaje de visibilidad y apoyo. Este gesto representa el cariño y la solidaridad hacia todas aquellas mujeres que enfrentan o han enfrentado esta enfermedad.
Desde Cumbres queremos decirles que no están solas. Las consideramos auténticas luchadoras, y con esta iniciativa les enviamos un mensaje de fuerza, esperanza y oración. Porque en Cumbres creemos en la importancia de estar unidos en los momentos difíciles.🩷

To mark World Breast Cancer Day, Cumbres was decked out in pink for a day filled with emotion, awareness and support. From early in the morning, our students handed out the iconic pink ribbons and our corridors were filled with inspiring messages such as ‘Nobody fights alone’, ‘You are much stronger than you think’ and ‘Support the fighters, admire the survivors, remember the angels and never, ever give up hope’. These slogans, carefully placed by students and teachers, served as a reminder that no one is alone in this fight.
As the main event, pupils in 3rd to 6th Year of Primary created a large pink ribbon using card, a collective work that not only decorated the school but also conveyed a powerful message of visibility and support. This gesture represents the love and solidarity towards all those women who are facing or have faced this disease.
At Cumbres, we want to let them know that they are not alone. We consider them true fighters, and with this initiative, we send them a message of strength, hope, and prayer. Because at Cumbres, we believe in the importance of standing together in difficult times.🩷
